Sputtering target materials are mainly used in the electronics and information industry, such as integrated circuits, information storage, LCD screens, laser memories, electronic controller devices, etc; It can also be applied in the field of glass coating; It can also be applied in industries such as wear-resistant materials, high-temperature corrosion resistance, and high-end decorative products.
The requirements for sputtering target materials are higher than those in the traditional material industry, with general requirements such as size, flatness, purity, impurity content, N/O/C/S, grain size and defect control; Higher or special requirements include: surface roughness, resistance value, uniformity of grain size, uniformity of composition and structure, size of foreign matter (oxide) content, permeability, ultra-high density and ultrafine grains, etc.
The company initially collaborated with more than a dozen doctoral students from universities to master a complete set of processes from purification, casting, extrusion, machining, and heat treatment over nearly a decade. On this basis, a new type of high-purity aluminum segregation method has been developed, and the company has independent intellectual property rights for a new type of automated ultra-high purity aluminum purification equipment, which has obtained multiple national patents.
