1.Purification technology
2In 2005, with the help of School of Materials Science and Engineering (SMSE) of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, we developed a new high purity aluminum segregation method, where the highest purity obtained was 99.9995%. This is our first-generation purification technique.
In 2012, the company collaborated with Dalian University to reform and upgrade the original purification methods and production processes, and developed a second-generation purification equipment. The production capacity of this equipment has undergone a significant transformation compared to the first generation, with a maximum purity of 99.9995%. Improve production capacity and reduce costs.
In 2015, the company boldly attempted to explore and adopted the unique method of planing to purify refined aluminum. One purification can purify 99.99% of aluminum to 99.999%, the second purification can reach 99.9995%, and the highest purity can reach 99.9999%. This purification method has comprehensively improved production and quality, and further reduced costs.
At the same time, the company has invested in upgrading and renovating the equipment and electrical control system, equipped with purification control systems, proprietary anti pollution crucibles and insulation furnaces, purification robots, temperature control systems, etc.
In 2018, the company developed a new electromagnetic purification technology, which increased the purity of high-purity aluminum to over 99.9995%, becoming the earliest enterprise in China to produce 6N5 ultra-high purity aluminum.
2.Foundry TechnologyThe company has a complete casting system. Medium frequency melting furnace, specially designed insulation furnace, dedicated degassing system, and specially designed semi continuous casting platform. It ensures that there will be no secondary pollution during the casting process, and at the same time, the ingot has no oxide residue. Gas elements have been comprehensively tested multiple times by Evans (EAG) and Japan's Aifa Technology, meeting the technical standards of target materials. During the degassing process, specific elements are added at the same time to further purify the corresponding elements.
3. High purity aluminum based alloys are also products that have not been available in China. The company has conducted many experiments from preparing intermediate alloys to determining the casting parameters of different alloys, and developed different operation guidance parameters for different alloys. Currently, it can stably provide alloys with different contents such as aluminum nickel, aluminum copper, aluminum magnesium, aluminum silicon, and their target wires.
