The R&D team of the company is composed of the research team of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Shanghai Jiaotong University, which is composed of many professors, associate professors and more than ten doctoral and master students. It is the core R&D force of TADE. After years of research and experiment, the research team has developed a high vacuum directional solidification segregation purification process focusing on controlling crystal morphology, and developed a new type of automatic ultra-pure aluminum purification equipment. The new ultra-pure aluminum purification equipment is a production equipment with independent intellectual property rights owned by Ted Company, and has obtained a number of national patents (patent numbers ZL02111339.4, ZL02111338.6, ZL03115563.4). At present, the high-purity aluminum and ultra-high-purity aluminum with purity of 5N3, 5N5 and 6N developed and produced by the company are in the leading position in China in terms of product quality and production technology, and have reached the international standard level.

In order to ensure that the purity of each batch of products meets the requirements, TADE has purchased the world's most advanced ultra-trace metal impurity detection equipment, Element-GD, for the chemical composition detection of ultra-high purity aluminum. The equipment has been installed and commissioned, and has undertaken various testing tasks and technical services. At that time, TADE has completed a complete system integrating research and development, production and testing.
