1、 Summary of high purity aluminum

The technical requirements for purification of high-purity aluminum are high. From 2N8 (99.8% aluminum content) ordinary aluminum to 4N (99.99% aluminum content) refined aluminum, a large number of impurity atoms need to be trapped; To purify 4N (99.99% aluminum content) refined aluminum to 4N6 (99.996% aluminum content) refined aluminum, one impurity atom needs to be removed from 100000 aluminum atoms; To purify 4N6 (99.999% aluminum) refined aluminum to 5N2 (99.992% aluminum) high-purity aluminum, one impurity atom needs to be removed from 200000 aluminum atoms. The higher the content of aluminum, the higher the purity, and the greater the difficulty of purification.
The internationally mature purification technology of high-purity aluminum mainly includes two kinds: three-layer liquid electrolysis method and segregation method. The three-layer liquid method is widely used, while the segregation method has the advantages of saving electricity, low energy consumption and environmental protection, with an average energy saving of 6000 degrees per ton. The segregation method uses physical methods, and does not involve any other added substances in the whole process. It does not require special additional energy to promote the solidification and segregation process. Except for the gas and dust generated by the aluminum smelting itself, no toxic and harmful substances are produced in the production process, Meet the requirements of environmental protection production.
2、 Sorting out relevant policies of aluminum industry

At present, the use of high-purity aluminum in the field of electronic aluminum foil accounts for about 78% of the consumption of high-purity aluminum. The terminal consumption of electronic aluminum foil involves automotive electronics, consumer electronics, industrial electronics, new energy vehicles and other fields.
